Obedience precedes blessing. Some promises are contingent upon obedience. Disappointment and deception come when we think there is no part to play in birthing our destiny, dreams, and promises. Do we take control? Never. Do we follow the lead of the Spirit? Always! And yet this process is not “works” based, it is “yielded” based, as this type of blessing transpires through an intimate partnership with the Lord.

… “And it will come about if you will diligently obey the [voice of the] Lord your God.” Zechariah 6:15

The Lord never changes His mind about you, or His good will for you; however it is required that we lay our life and will down in exchange for His.
