In my dream early this morning, there was an official document I was reading. This document was scrolling before my eyes as if I was reading it, and I saw the picture or ‘scene’ from a recent vision I had (in real life) that pointed to a root of a division. Then separate from the picture and other words, was the word innocent on its own paragraph. There was a feeling of relief in the dream, as the Lord was decreeing my innocence.
When you are innocent you do not need a lot of words or paragraphs around you, so to speak. Truth stands alone. The Lord is your defender and righteous Judge. Truth is not afraid of judgement, it welcomes it so that justice may prevail. Jesus is Truth, when we are One with Him we can stand in confident trust and let His sword touch us. “He was oppressed and He was afflicted, Yet He opened not His mouth; He was led as a lamb to the slaughter, And as a sheep before its shearers is silent, So He opened not His mouth.” Isaiah 53:7 NKJV
The etymology of the word innocent: “doing no evil; free from sin, guilt, or moral wrong,” from Old French inocent “harmless; not guilty; pure”.
This is a time of justice and judgement. What the Lord has decided, no man can come against. Stand when the Lord tells you to stand, and repent when you fall short. Keep focused and unstained.
“Arise, O Lord, in Your anger; lift up Yourself against the rage of my enemies; and awake [and stir up] for me the justice and vindication [that] You have commanded. Let the assembly of the peoples be gathered about You, and return on high over them. The Lord judges the people; judge me, O Lord, and do me justice according to my righteousness [my rightness, justice, and right standing with You] and according to the integrity that is in me. Oh, let the wickedness of the wicked come to an end, but establish the [uncompromisingly] righteous [those upright and in harmony with You]; for You, Who try the hearts and emotions and thinking powers, are a righteous God. [Rev. 2:23.] My defense and shield depend on God, Who saves the upright in heart. God is a righteous Judge, yes, a God Who is indignant every day.”
