TREASURE AND SAND

Storing A Reward For The Lamb

One day last week while thinking on some spiritual matters, the Lord began to speak to me through a vision, and then I heard my spirit man preaching within me, having a knowing this would be released.

The vision first began seeing a beautiful sunset over the ocean as I was thinking about the Lord and receiving from Him. I was inquiring in my heart wondering ‘why would people not want to be with Him’? There is no exact replica of a sunset, each day beholds its own beauty even if just slightly different, and when you appreciate the details slight differences matter. Next the vision panned downward and zoomed in on the sand and shell pieces on the shoreline. I watched as the sun glistened on a tiny shell piece with its color on display under the captivating and serene rays of Light. The wave came and washed that shell closer out to sea, now buried beneath the sand with an indefinite improbability that I would ever see it glisten in the sun again.

The Lord then likened to me the sand pieces to the the daily manna we are to receive. The emphasis was that perhaps one would never again see that facet of Him, that beautiful angle He would reveal of Himself by His rays of Light just like the piece of shell. The sea is like the depths of His being, in which the Holy Spirit moves in sync with the Son, delivering and leading us to the pieces of Himself to be captivated by and revealed for that day. As the day ends, and the moon transitions we are never without Him, but the revelation Light has passed for that detail of His beauty.

Like the wave pulling energy to and fro, every day, the Creator of Heaven and Earth is reaching in and out to humanity, beckoning those who will appreciate what so many find mundane. And yet there is this Holy dance that the Lord never tires of, seen in the earth’s gravitational attraction around the sun, a beautiful picture of romance and pursuit because we were made to receive Him and know Him.

The Lord God knows that His ways are past finding out, and yet in His divine humility, He still gives new mercies and opportunities every day to find Him and see Him, hoping that you will stop for a glance. Water reflects light, and so it is with the Holy Spirit reflecting the Love that reveals the passion and desire He has toward you, His eyes of sunlight fire over the sea of glass, and the depths of the Lord’s Body (of water) that feed you as He said, eat my flesh.

Symbolically we can compare the Lord’s Body to sand, because sand is granular sized pieces of rock. Not only is Jesus the Rock of Ages who was crushed for our iniquity, He is the split open Rock in the Old Testament that provided water to the Israelites in the desert. “They did not thirst when He led them through the deserts. He made the waters flow out of the rock for them; He split the rock and the waters flowed.” Isaiah 48:21 AMP. BEFORE the foundations of the world He was slain, where He too was split open and pierced where from water flowed from His side. From macro (the earth) to micro (the sand) He is the foundation of our faith. We build up our faith and grow in the Rock while beholding His form and beauty as we gaze upon the micro facets and His intricacies that make up His ways. Yes, they are past finding out, though we have the invitation to know and see Him day by day. No glimpse is quite like the other, mysteries beyond comprehension given so gently that we can digest and come to know Him more every day. What a God, what a Lord, what a Savior that He so patiently, and consistently pursues His created, dressed in the splendor of Omnipotence while disguised in humility unmatched. Does the Sun exist to please the earth? No, the earth depends on her movement sourced from the Sun, and yet it delights the Sun to provide her with His Light from which is all Life.

The book of Proverbs writes, as a man thinks so is he (Proverbs 23:7). The sum of who you are or who you are becoming is the matter of your thought life. Like the sand there are vast and infinite pieces that form who God is, and in our human brevity we can never fully search it out, thankfully we have all of eternity to know and discover His thoughts, yet even then He has no end. Our stewardship of discovering who God is now on this side of Heaven matter’s tremendously in eternity. In the journey of ‘becoming for Him’ as I often write about, it is our taking of the pieces of His Body (sand / shell) to become like Him that we may be built up in who He truly is; that we may see Him and become like Him. The Light of Life shines upon another morsel of Himself that we would not only enjoy Him and know Him in this earthly brokenness to become like Him, but that we would look up and see the Son face to face shining in the Light of His glory.

Do you see? Since the beginning the Holy Spirit longs to reveal Jesus, even as He (the Holy Spirit) hovered over the waters when the earth was dark and formless while waiting for the command of God to reveal His Light (Jesus). “IN THE beginning God (prepared, formed, fashioned, and) created the heavens and the earth. [Heb. 11:3.] The earth was without form and an empty waste, and darkness was upon the face of the very great deep. The Spirit of God was moving (hovering, brooding) over the face of the waters. And God said, Let there be light; and there was light.” Genesis 1:1-3 AMPC. The face of the waters is where the Holy Spirit was waiting for the Light so He could reflect the face of Jesus to mankind. The Scripture writes the Spirit was moving. Waves in the ocean are constantly moving because they are energy. The Holy Spirit is the mobilization and energy to our faith, He illuminates the deep Bread or Rock of the Lord and makes it understandable to mankind. The Holy Spirit is the multiplier, and I believe it was He that multiplied the loaves and fish. The more we are unknowing in our human wisdom, we can allow the Holy Spirit to build us up even from fragments of Rock to the person of Jesus. “In the beginning was the Word, and the Word was with God, and the Word was God. He was in the beginning with God. All things were made through Him, and without Him nothing was made that was made. In Him was life, and the life was the light of men. And the light shines in the darkness, and the darkness did not comprehend it.” John 1:1-5 NKJV

Every day there is an invitation to behold His form, to see the beauty and majesty of Jesus – and every day within that invitation is the empowerment to become like Him. Saltwater burns the eyes, yet it is His refining zealous eyes that are burning for you. If we abide near the ocean of the Spirit, we will not lose our salt. If we cultivate hunger for more of Him we will be led to the waters. Sometimes the sun is not visible from the sky, however it is not truth that it ceased to show itself that day. Likewise trying days are ahead, and we will depend on the Light of the Moon (the moon’s Light source is from the Sun) to illuminate the shells; there may be storms, there may be winds but to the faithful, He shows Himself faithful. How interesting to me that gems are found in the very bowels of the earth and in the depths of the sea, formed from distress, pressure, irritation and the like. An oyster for example can not yield a pearl of price without consistent irritation (mostly from sand), a prized diamond can not be formed without immense pressure and extreme heat. If we remain faithful, even despite circumstances, eventually as we partake of Him and meditate on His thoughts and receive His mind – we will be transformed into His likeness, and from sand and rock will ‘become’ pearls and diamonds. What will I have to give the Lamb for the reward of His suffering? Only on earth now do we have the opportunity to become a gem of great value for our Bridegroom King. It is our daily choice, our daily death, our daily love and devotion that form treasure in the depths to be stored in heaven.

Who is promised tomorrow? The Holy Spirit is wooing us to come to the waters and ‘become’ like Him today. Seek the Lord while He maybe found, call upon Him while He is near. For there will even come a day when the sea will pass away, though the eternal Word will remain.

“But as it is written: “Eye has not seen, nor ear heard, Nor have entered into the heart of man The things which God has prepared for those who love Him.” But God has revealed them to us through His Spirit. For the Spirit searches all things, yes, the deep things of God. For what man knows the things of a man except the spirit of the man which is in him? Even so no one knows the things of God except the Spirit of God. Now we have received, not the spirit of the world, but the Spirit who is from God, that we might know the things that have been freely given to us by God. These things we also speak, not in words which man’s wisdom teaches but which the Holy Spirit teaches, comparing spiritual things with spiritual. But the natural man does not receive the things of the Spirit of God, for they are foolishness to him; nor can he know them, because they are spiritually discerned. But he who is spiritual judges all things, yet he himself is rightly judged by no one. For “who has known the mind of the Lord that he may instruct Him?” But we have the mind of Christ.” I Corinthians 2:9-16 NKJV

““Ho! Everyone who thirsts, Come to the waters; And you who have no money, Come, buy and eat. Yes, come, buy wine and milk Without money and without price. Why do you spend money for what is not bread, And your wages for what does not satisfy? Listen carefully to Me, and eat what is good, And let your soul delight itself in abundance. Incline your ear, and come to Me. Hear, and your soul shall live; And I will make an everlasting covenant with you— The sure mercies of David. Seek the Lord while He may be found, Call upon Him while He is near. Let the wicked forsake his way, And the unrighteous man his thoughts; Let him return to the Lord, And He will have mercy on him; And to our God, For He will abundantly pardon. “For My thoughts are not your thoughts, Nor are your ways My ways,” says the Lord. “For as the heavens are higher than the earth, So are My ways higher than your ways, And My thoughts than your thoughts.” Isaiah 55:1-3, 6-9 NKJV

“How precious and weighty also are Your thoughts to me, O God! How vast is the sum of them! [Ps. 40:5.] If I could count them, they would be more in number than the sand. When I awoke, [could I count to the end] I would still be with You.” Psalm 139:17-18 AMP

“There is no one holy like the Lord, There is no one besides You, There is no Rock like our God.” 1 Samuel 2:2 AMP

“The Lord lives, and blessed be my rock, And exalted be my God, the rock of my salvation.” 2 Samuel 22:47 AMP

“Oh, the depth of the riches and wisdom and knowledge of God! How unfathomable (inscrutable, unsearchable) are His judgments (His decisions)! And how untraceable (mysterious, undiscoverable) are His ways (His methods, His paths)! For who has known the mind of the Lord and who has understood His thoughts, or who has [ever] been His counselor? [Isa. 40:13, 14.] Or who has first given God anything that he might be paid back or that he could claim a recompense? For from Him and through Him and to Him are all things. [For all things originate with Him and come from Him; all things live through Him, and all things center in and tend to consummate and to end in Him.] To Him be glory forever! Amen (so be it).” Romans 11:33-36 AMPC

Zion’s Prayer

I recently had a dream where the Lord took me on a journey in the Spirit and allowed me to see the bowl of mixture being destroyed, particularly in the Western Church.

The dream began in the Mountains or cliffs in Israel with the most beautiful views and prime property looking toward another mountain in close proximity with the ocean between. These apartments were built right into the side of the rock of the mountain. In the dream there was a lack of understanding to the ‘daughters of Jerusalem’, particularly the Western Bride, of how one could afford to live here. Next in the dream the Bridegroom was coming up the mountain and responding to the Western Bride’s inner desire to receive prayer from Him. However she was not facing Him, she was facing west. She was on her knees just outside the apartment though facing west, with her face away from the north mountain with a small wall of separation before her. It was located just outside the door of this apartment at the peak high point of this mountain symbolizing the western wall.

The Bridegroom came straight to her to pray for her as she was on her knees, and answer the secret petitions of her heart but she could not receive the power imparted because she was still locked in with Western communication. Her hands were raised to receive prayer, though she was also trying to power her phone off, and receive the power of the Holy Spirit at the same time. After, she knew she would have to create, or make her own manifestation because she could not fully receive in the moment He was near.

Next in the dream I was taken up in the Spirit and transported through this scene of paradise and taken to a different country and placed on the ground to go up an escalator. I was now elevated to a higher ground level and walked through DSW (designer shoe warehouse) before I was taken to a dim Kitchen with the prophet Joel.

I was standing before a kitchen sink where I was shown a large clear glass mixing bowl. While the bowl had an appearance of purity and transparency, there was no saving the bowl, as it literally couldn’t be saved as it was going to be destroyed in the kitchen sink disposal. It was impossible to remove as the garbage disposal hole was too small to extract from, but underneath the bowl fit with plenty of space.

This was overseen by the prophet Joel standing behind me in the dream, while he communicated the bowl could not be saved.

I believe the Lord is saying, He is removing the bowls that have prepared a diluted gospel of mixture and dealing with the communications of man and his ‘power’ and systems that have left His Body unprepared with no footwear for battle. The Lord is continuing to deal with the hidden sins, beliefs, doctrines, behaviors, self, etc, and all that is hindering from His burning love.

The mixture has created a lack of understanding on the value of counting the cost to serve the Lord whole heartedly, and also a deficit on the value of obtaining her oil that she may abide in paradise. It was not the Lord’s unwillingness to help her that left her (He was on her left side in front of the door of the apartment) that caused her to not receive the power of the Spirit, it was her allowing distractions from other ‘powers’ and communications that turned her away from true North.

A Bride without the Holy Spirit is an unfitted and unprepared Bride. It is the Holy Spirit that leads one to Jesus, and enables us to live an overcoming and victorious life for God. Furthermore this exposes a wanting and waning flame of love within her heart. Even in prayer the Bride is coming up short, for there is mixture that has diluted her understanding and great need for Oneness and abiding.

In this dream there are both personal and governmental implications. The destruction of some systems and ways are imminent. In the dream the bowl belonged to someone whose name means war, strife, church, spring, and fountain. Even the meaning of the name is full of mixture and is diverse. The symbolism speaks that personally we need to continue to yield to the cleansing of the Holy Spirit, that we may be pure and holy springs sourced from the fountain of our Holy God, and corporately gain understanding on the reality of the nearness of the return of the Lord. “The [Holy] Spirit and the bride (the church, believers) say, “Come.”Revelation‬ ‭22‬:‭17‬ ‭AMP‬‬

There is an outpouring of the Spirit as spoken of in Joel 2 that is also imminent, however there is a greater brokenness being required and asked of us especially in the American Church as both ‘Love and War’ are impending. The question is will we be prepared and footed? We also know that in the book of Joel much strife, contention, war, and calls for repentance are written of prior to the great outpouring. There is a dire urgent need to fully receive the Holy Spirit and be one with Him for the days ahead. America has not understood she is naked, and coming up short. Without the Holy Spirit we can not abide in the inner chambers (apartment in Hebrew) of the Lord’s heart, we can not dwell on the Holy hill of Zion.

America I saw the pendulums swinging in the Spirit, back and forth from one extreme to the other. Justice and Mercy are held in the condition of our hearts. The Lord is sounding the alarm for repentance. We can not come away another time. There is not another time…. Today is the day His Holy Fear must grip our hearts. We must fully awake now. We cannot be like the sluggish Shulammite Bride who sought the Bridegroom when the time was appropriate, convenient, and comfortable for her while even after just being admonished by the Bridegroom to catch the foxes that were spoiling the vineyards.
“(Bridegroom) You must catch the troubling foxes, those sly little foxes that hinder our relationship. For they raid our budding vineyard of love to ruin what I’ve planted within you. Will you catch them and remove them for me? We will do it together. (Bride’s response) But until the day springs to life and the shifting shadows of fear disappear, turn around, my lover, and ascend to the holy mountains of separation without me. Until the new day fully dawns, run on ahead like the graceful gazelle and skip like the young stag over the mountains of separation. Go on ahead to the mountain of spices— I’ll come away another time.” ‭‭Song of Songs‬ ‭2‬:‭17‬ ‭TPT‬‬.

The late prophet John Paul Jackson said directionally left in a dream can represent your calling or something you’re called to do and the right directionally represents faith and strength. With this application in mind, even as the Bridegroom was standing in front of the apartment door built on the split rock and directionally to the Western Bride’s left, I believe she has left her calling to live in the secret place as she has not understood how she can not afford to live there, due to the diluted discipleship and teaching she has received. To fully receive from Jesus and see Him rightly we need the Holy Spirit, and yes the calling is costly but the diluted gospel has left her in this state without eternity’s mindset. She has put her faith and found her strength in the lesser power and teaching of the souls husbandman. A divided heart has led her amiss and to the idolization of the pride of life.

The Lord is mighty to save, are we ready to receive Him? May we seek the Lord while He may be found! Holy Spirit give us ears to hear in this hour, give us eyes to see, awaken our hearts again to Love’s sacred and Holy flame!

“Blow the trumpet in Zion [warning of impending judgment], Sound an alarm on My holy mountain [Zion]! Let all the inhabitants of the land tremble and shudder in fear, For the [judgment] day of the Lord is coming; It is close at hand, A day of darkness and gloom, A day of clouds and of thick [dark] mist, Like the dawn spread over the mountains; There is a [pagan, hostile] people numerous and mighty, The like of which has never been before Nor will be again afterward Even for years of many generations. Before them a fire devours, And behind them a flame burns; Before them the land is like the Garden of Eden, But behind them a desolate wilderness; And nothing at all escapes them. “Even now,” says the Lord, “Turn and come to Me with all your heart [in genuine repentance], With fasting and weeping and mourning [until every barrier is removed and the broken fellowship is restored]; Rip your heart to pieces [in sorrow and contrition] and not your garments.” Now return [in repentance] to the Lord your God, For He is gracious and compassionate, Slow to anger, abounding in lovingkindness [faithful to His covenant with His people]; And He relents [His sentence of] evil [when His people genuinely repent].” Joel‬ ‭2‬:‭1‬-‭3‬, ‭12‬-‭13‬ ‭AMP‬‬

“When the Lord has washed away the [moral] filth of the daughters of Zion and has cleansed the bloodstains of Jerusalem from her midst, by the spirit of judgment and by the spirit of burning, then the Lord will create over the entire site of Mount Zion and over her assemblies, a cloud by day, smoke, and the brightness of a flaming fire by night; for over all the glory and brilliance will be a canopy [a defense, a covering of His divine love and protection].” ‭‭Isaiah‬ ‭4‬:‭4‬-‭5‬ ‭AMP‬‬

Below is an excerpt from Watchman Nee

Experiencing the Fundamental Deliverance from God

If we want to experience deliverance from God, this deliverance must be fundamental, not fragmentary. God has to work in us to deal with our strong point, and He has to break it. Only then will our spirit be released without mixture being imparted to others. If we have never been touched by God in a fundamental way, we may act somewhat spiritual when we remember to do it, but we will manifest the self once our memory slips. Actually, in both cases, whether we remember or we forget, the spirit that we release is the same, and the things that are carried by the spirit are the same.

The problem of mixture is the biggest problem among workers. We often touch life in the brothers, but also touch death. We touch God in the brothers, but also touch their self. We touch a spirit of meekness, but also touch a stubborn self. We find the Holy Spirit in them, but also find the flesh in them. When they stand up to speak, others sense a mixed spirit, an impure spirit. If God intends for us to serve Him in the ministry of the word and if we have to speak for God, we have to ask for grace. We have to say, “God, work in me. Break my outer man, tear it down, and separate it from the inner man.”

If we have not experienced this deliverance, we will express our outer man subconsciously every time we open our mouth. There is no way for us to hide it. As soon as the word goes out, the spirit goes out as well. We are the kind of person we are; we cannot pretend. If we want to be used by God, our spirit must be released, and this spirit must be pure. In order for us to be pure, our outer man must be destroyed. If our outer man is not destroyed, we will carry our own cargo with us when we serve as ministers of the word. The Lord’s name will suffer loss, not on account of our lack of life, but on account of our mixture. The Lord’s name will suffer, and the church will suffer as well.

Extracted from “The Breaking of the Outer Man and the Release of the Spirit”, CWWN, (Set 3) Vol. 54, Chapter 7: Separation and Revelation, a message given by Brother Watchman Nee in Kuling during his training for his co-workers between 1948 and 1949, published by Living Stream Ministry.

Reformation Day

“The Church may go through her dark ages, but Christ is with her in the midnight.” ~ Charles Spurgeon

Etymology of Reformation

late 14c., reformacioun, “restoration, re-establishment;” early 15c., “improvement, alteration for the better,” from Old French reformacion and directly from Latin reformationem (nominative reformatio), noun of action from past-participle stem of reformare “to form again, change, transform, alter,” from re- “again” (see re-) + formare “to form” (see form (n.)).

With capital R-, in reference to the great 16c. European religious revolution, it is attested by 1540s, borrowed from Luther. The movement began as a bid to “reform” doctrines and practices of the Church of Rome.

I think perhaps some of the greatest work of reformation is really the work of transformation which begins in our hearts. As I’ve shared many times, the Lord spoke to me in Africa in 2009, “The greatest miracle, is the miracle of a transformed heart”. I yield to Your flames Lord, I yield to Your faithful hands. Reform, transform, renew, restore my heart God. Make me new for you! With a right heart we are positioned and changed to lead others unto reform. However, it always begins within, in the deep place of intimacy and transparency before the Lord.

“I know that you delight to set your truth deep in my spirit. So come into the hidden places of my heart and teach me wisdom. Purify my conscience! Make this leper clean again! Wash me in your love until I am pure in heart. Satisfy me in your sweetness, and my song of joy will return. The places you have crushed within me will rejoice in your healing touch. Hide my sins from your face; erase all my guilt by your saving grace. Keep creating in me a clean heart. Fill me with pure thoughts and holy desires, ready to please you. May you never reject me! May you never take from me your sacred Spirit! Let my passion for life be restored, tasting joy in every breakthrough you bring to me. Hold me close to you with a willing spirit that obeys whatever you say. Then I can show other guilty ones how loving and merciful you are. They will find their way back home to you, knowing that you will forgive them. O God, my saving God, deliver me fully from every sin, even the sin that brought bloodguilt. Then my heart will once again be thrilled to sing the passionate songs of joy and deliverance! Lord God, unlock my heart, unlock my lips, and I will overcome with my joyous praise! For the source of your pleasure is not in my performance or the sacrifices I might offer to you. The fountain of your pleasure is found in the sacrifice of my shattered heart before you. You will not despise my tenderness as I bow down humbly at your feet. Because you favor Zion, do what is good for her. Be the protecting wall around Jerusalem. And when we are fully restored, you will rejoice and take delight in every offering of our lives as we bring our sacrifices of righteousness before you in love!”
‭‭Psalms‬ ‭51‬:‭6‬-‭19‬ ‭TPT‬‬

“Behold, You desire truth in the inner being; make me therefore to know wisdom in my inmost heart. Purify me with hyssop, and I shall be clean [ceremonially]; wash me, and I shall [in reality] be whiter than snow. Make me to hear joy and gladness and be satisfied; let the bones which You have broken rejoice. Hide Your face from my sins and blot out all my guilt and iniquities. Create in me a clean heart, O God, and renew a right, persevering, and steadfast spirit within me. Cast me not away from Your presence and take not Your Holy Spirit from me. Restore to me the joy of Your salvation and uphold me with a willing spirit. Then will I teach transgressors Your ways, and sinners shall be converted and return to You. Deliver me from bloodguiltiness and death, O God, the God of my salvation, and my tongue shall sing aloud of Your righteousness (Your rightness and Your justice). O Lord, open my lips, and my mouth shall show forth Your praise. For You delight not in sacrifice, or else would I give it; You find no pleasure in burnt offering. [I Sam. 15:22.] My sacrifice [the sacrifice acceptable] to God is a broken spirit; a broken and a contrite heart [broken down with sorrow for sin and humbly and thoroughly penitent], such, O God, You will not despise. Do good in Your good pleasure to Zion; rebuild the walls of Jerusalem. Then will You delight in the sacrifices of righteousness, justice, and right, with burnt offering and whole burnt offering; then bullocks will be offered upon Your altar.”

THE FAVORED

If we are a people who cry out, “take not Thy Holy Spirit from me”, if we should be a people after the Lord’s own heart, then we are a people who willingly take instruction, correction and rebuke. For it is the Holy Spirit who corrects, leads and guides us into all Truth. The Holy Spirit ushers us to Jesus, and even unto a rod for rebuke.

Therefore, do not confuse the fruit or attribute of being loving when it is only with those who you like or are friends with. Servant leadership isn’t about your kingdom, it’s about the Lord’s Kingdom.

Then why are so many who are among the deligated and favored the ones who consistently give their eyes and ears to only those who are within their own groups and cliques? You are not Jesus to those around you, you are a reflection of self or the image you hope others will see. Some test you with their own tricks and agendas under a ‘covering’ of the Holy Spirit, ultimately using Him and so become deceived themselves. And yet praise is given and the actions and attitudes are affirmed, grounding the dysfunctional cycle. At the core it’s religious and pharisaical. All the while a false sense of unity is like wool over the eye, and you can not see that you are divided by the fear of man and it is delaying the plan of the Lord. How quickly we all forget we are The Body of the Lord. And yet whether favored or unfavored, maturity is required and even demanded for the narrow road we must go to carry our cross, and plead, ‘lead us Lord’!

Oh stubborn man, a house divided can not stand!

Forgive us Jesus, for we have sinned against you.

Church. We are failing. Big time.
It all needs to fall apart.

Let if fall

Let it crumble

Let the Nehemiah’s and Hananiah’s arise and lead and restore in Heaven’s wisdom and Fear of the Lord.

Nehemiah means “Yah comforts” in Hebrew and Hananiah means “Yah has favored” in Hebrew. Soon the tables will turn, and the Lord will set His appointed men in command by His Command; those who will bring comfort to Him, for they are men after His own heart and those who Fear His Holy Name.

The Lord God is the Judge, and His very gavel will break apart and shatter all the works of man. May we fear His Holy Name again and rebuild upon the Chief Cornerstone and the spiritual plain of our “forefathers of the faith”.

“But He, well aware of their thoughts and purpose, said to them, “Every kingdom divided against itself is doomed to destruction; and a house divided against itself falls.” ‭‭Luke‬ ‭11‬:‭17‬ ‭AMP‬‬

“And if a house is divided (split into factions and rebelling) against itself, that house will not be able to last.” ‭‭Mark‬ ‭3‬:‭25‬ ‭AMPC‬‬

“The words of Nehemiah son of Hacaliah: Now it happened in the month of Chislev, in the twentieth year [of the Persian king], as I was in the capitol of Susa, Hanani, one of my brothers, and some men from Judah came; and I asked them about the surviving Jews who had escaped and survived the captivity, and about Jerusalem. They said to me, “The remnant there in the province who survived the captivity are in great distress and reproach; the wall of Jerusalem is broken down and its [fortified] gates have been burned (destroyed) by fire.” Now it came about when I heard these words, I sat down and wept and mourned for days; and I was fasting and praying [constantly] before the God of heaven. And I said, “Please, O Lord God of heaven, the great and awesome God, who keeps the covenant and lovingkindness for those who love Him and keep His commandments, please let Your ear be attentive and Your eyes open to hear the prayer of Your servant which I am praying before You, day and night, on behalf of Your servants, the sons (descendants) of Israel (Jacob), confessing the sins of the sons of Israel which we have committed against You; I and my father’s house have sinned. We have acted very corruptly against You and have not kept the commandments, nor the statutes, nor the ordinances which You commanded Your servant Moses. Please remember the word which You commanded Your servant Moses, saying, ‘If you are unfaithful and violate your obligations to Me I will scatter you [abroad] among the peoples; but if you return to Me and keep My commandments and do them, though those of you who have been scattered are in the most remote part of the heavens, I will gather them from there and will bring them to the place where I have chosen for My Name to dwell.’ Now they are Your servants and Your people whom You have redeemed by Your great power and by Your strong hand. Please, O Lord, let Your ear be attentive to the prayer of Your servant and the prayer of Your servants who delight to [reverently] fear Your Name [Your essence, Your nature, Your attributes, with awe]; and make Your servant successful this day and grant him compassion in the sight of this man [the king].” For I was cupbearer to the king [of Persia].” ‭‭Nehemiah‬ ‭1‬:‭1‬-‭11‬ ‭AMP‬‬

“In the month of Nisan, in the twentieth year of King Artaxerxes, when wine was placed before him, I took the wine and gave it to the king. Now I had not [previously] been sad in his presence. So the king said to me, “Why do you look sad when you are not sick? This is nothing but sadness of heart.” Then I was very frightened, and I said to the king, “Let the king live forever. Why should my face not be sad when the city, the place of my fathers’ tombs, lies desolate and its gates have been consumed by fire?” The king said to me, “What do you request?” So I prayed to the God of heaven. I said to the king, “If it pleases the king, and if your servant has found favor in your presence, [I ask] that you send me to Judah, to the city of my fathers’ tombs, so that I may rebuild it.”” ‭‭Nehemiah‬ ‭2‬:‭1‬-‭5‬ ‭AMP‬‬

“Now when the wall had been rebuilt and I had set up the doors, and the gatekeepers, singers, and Levites had been appointed, I put my brother Hanani, with Hananiah the commander of the fortress, in charge of Jerusalem, for Hananiah was a more faithful and God-fearing man than many [of the others].” Nehemiah‬ ‭7‬:‭1‬-‭2‬ AMP

“The [reverent] fear of the Lord [that is, worshiping Him and regarding Him as truly awesome] is the beginning and the preeminent part of wisdom [its starting point and its essence], And the knowledge of the Holy One is understanding and spiritual insight.”‭‭Proverbs‬ ‭9‬:‭10‬ ‭AMP‬‬

The Sword Will Come

Another litmus test to reveal and expose the hearts of men. Last night I was shaking under the fear of the Lord. What He is doing in me is not comfortable and it certainly isn’t for the gaining of ‘friends’. But let me get out of the way so you can hear the message – the sword is coming and we better be ready. See you can say and do whatever you want to me and even persecute me – just not at the altar of my Holy God. The righteous indignation is the consequence of unrighteous acts and deeds carried out by the people at the very altar of my God, and for this I commit no sin. Time and time again we profane Him by participating and conspiring in unrighteous thoughts and actions in His very House at His very altar! Where is the reverence and fear due His Name? Let us not go around the mountain again! Holy Spirit sweep in with a revival of conviction. Spirit of burning come! Judgement begins in the House of the Lord because we have committed these sins against God and against one another in His House, not revering Him as Holy while yet pretending to love one another.

SHEEP AND GOATS

It has been months ago now I heard in the Spirit “litmus test” more than once. I didn’t understand it at first but soon came to realize the Lord was sending me on assignment and teaching me even through my own suffering, allowing me to see the condition of the Body as a whole. Over a period of about four months through various trials, circumstances, encounters, and mostly through the way others responded to me He was showing me “where the Body was at” so to speak through the litmus tests.

The Lord has been teaching me shepherding through Shepherding me, because a shepherd knows their flock. Our great Shepherd leads with both rod and staff, this is a pivotal time in history and the Body needs both love and correction. Through humbling me in my own life, He showed more than I ever wanted to know – while crushed speechless so I couldn’t boast in what He was sharing with me. This is just a very small impression of the overall dynamic that was laying on me heavy last night – which I hope is perceived through the contrition of my heart, not in judgment or anger.

Last night I went to sleep feeling the grief of the Lord, particularly over how Christian’s within the Church body treat one another. The below scripture came to mind as I said aloud we are hurting His heart. I awoke early to hear the Lord speak in my spirit for a long while regarding.

“And the King will answer and say to them, ‘Assuredly, I say to you, inasmuch as you did it to one of the least of these My brethren, you did it to Me.’” ‭‭Matthew‬ ‭25:40‬ ‭NKJV‬‬

When did I think I was better than you Lord?

When did I slander your name Lord?

When did I exalt myself over You, Lord?

When was I excluding You from “my group”, Lord?

When did I cut in front of You, Lord?

When did I tell lies and spread rumors about You, Lord?

When did I look down on You, Lord?

When did I compete with you Lord?

When did I judge you, Lord?

When did I accuse you, Lord?

When did I try and “block” You, Lord?

When did I act like I was more gifted than You, Lord?

When did I say I deserved Your seat, Lord?

When did I say I owned a position in Your house, Lord?

When did I pretend to serve You in humility, Lord?

When did I pretend to love You, Lord?

When?

“And the King will reply to them, Truly I tell you, in so far as you did it for one of the least [in the estimation of men] of these My brethren, you did it for Me. [Prov. 19:17.]” Matthew‬ ‭25:40‬ ‭AMPC‬‬

The least of men according to our own estimations….

Why are the sheep acting like goats? One reason is the Church has exchanged discipline for the discipleship of the spirit of the world, and Babylon still longs for her.

The Church is lagging behind in immaturity living beneath her calling, the Lord is patient but He is also Holy, and His heart is grieved. There is much work to be done, and it’s time to grow and mature. How do we expect to steward mass harvest when we are still cutting down our own, fighting for position or seeking our own glory … all in His Name? Oh how this burdens His heart!

Sheep, goats, wheat, tares; what’s the difference you ask? Fruit. We are judged by God and separated by fruit.

Are we houses of healing or houses of hurt? No longer can the two streams coincide together. If we hurt people in thought, judgments, words, actions – we are hurting the Lord Jesus in thoughts, we are judging Him, we condemn ourselves by condemning others with our mouths, and the action is just a mere reality of wickedness in our hearts – the very place we boast He has a home.

Litmus test is defined by Webster’s dictionary, “something (such as an opinion about a political or moral issue) that is used to make a judgment about whether someone or something is acceptable”. The Lord loves us more than we could ever imagine and equally He is just and righteous deciding what He is for and what He is against. It is maturity to embrace, welcome and even ask for pruning. You are loved by God when you are disciplined by Him. Get in the fire before it consumes you. Yield and prefer the Holy Flame! Judge yourself so you will not be judged.

Father, forgive us. Holy Spirit convict us. Jesus change us.

“Then he said to me, This [addition of the bowl to the candlestick, causing it to yield a ceaseless supply of oil from the olive trees] is the word of the Lord to Zerubbabel, saying, Not by might, nor by power, but by My Spirit [of Whom the oil is a symbol], says the Lord of hosts.”
‭‭Zechariah‬ ‭4:6‬ ‭AMPC‬‬

Spirit move upon us, burn away the chaff, and burn our hearts with holy devotion unto Your Name! Make us a people who truly fear Your Name and keep Your commandments. If we love you, we will obey. Your sheep hear Your Voice and the voices of strangers they do not follow. Guardian of our soul keep us for you!

Stay Close and Remain

True and absolute strength is found in our total dependence upon Jesus.

While talking with the Lord I simply uttered “Lord, help me be strong for You”. Not in the sense that He needs my strength, how foolish is that? Though in the sense that I desire to love Him and obey well, be fully committed to Him in all things. After I said this, I immediately had a vision where I was embraced in a hug with the Lord with my head resting upon His chest. To be more than conquerors requires strength, especially in the time and age in which we live.

We can never get away from the simple truth that strength is found in our weakness. Biblical weakness glories in the strength of Jesus because in essence it reveals the decrease of man for the increase of God while wrapped in the mystery of divine union.

Connection is our source of Strength and Strength is developed in union, while empowerment is birthed from union.

Apart from Him we can do nothing.

Furthermore, I don’t want to be separated from Him.

Everything we need is just a heartbeat away. Don’t miss a beat. Stay close and remain.

“I am the Vine; you are the branches. Whoever lives in Me and I in him bears much (abundant) fruit. However, apart from Me [cut off from vital union with Me] you can do nothing.”
‭‭John‬ ‭15‬:‭5‬ ‭AMPC‬‬

“But He said to me, My grace (My favor and loving-kindness and mercy) is enough for you [sufficient against any danger and enables you to bear the trouble manfully]; for My strength and power are made perfect (fulfilled and completed) and show themselves most effective in [your] weakness. Therefore, I will all the more gladly glory in my weaknesses and infirmities, that the strength and power of Christ (the Messiah) may rest (yes, may pitch a tent over and dwell) upon me!” 2 Corinthians‬ ‭12‬:‭9‬ ‭AMPC‬‬

Revealing Of The Heart

Revealing Of The Heart

The Lord will protect the house of David. In the natural Saul was David’s elder, however you can be a David in the spirit and be older than Saul in the natural, and likewise you can be a Saul in the spirit and be younger than a David (and of course vice versa). The New Age or era isn’t dependent on age, it is dependent on heart.

There has been gross doting over looks, ability, and performance while forsaking wisdom, character, and purity of heart in the House of God.

We know this; prophets have been hammering the message especially for the last few years. But why do we continue to seemingly overlook and cover sin in the Body – and while we are all kings and priests in the new covenant, I must especially address those on platform when in essence they are serving compromise instead of serving at the feet of Jesus. Being devoted to Christ in this manner includes your lifestyle on and off platform, for character reaches far beyond speech or the front one gives for appearance. While we are all on the potter’s wheel, there’s a higher accountability for visibility; those who serve and minister to the Lord in leadership, worship, five-fold etc. We are supposed to be literally cut from a different cloth and even ironically our clothing does not reflect such a mandate! Reveal the Glory of God not “the light” of your skin. Reveal the cross that leads others AWAY from sin, reveal the Lamb who’s blood so precious poured out. Reveal Heaven’s mysteries rather than hidden codes that grant access to inner circles. Reveal the Kingdom of Heaven at hand that opposes the kingdom(s) of man.

Heart issues are being exposed. There is no where to hide, on the alter is where we must all go, bow low, and die.

While we are asked to cover with love and grace, and even speak those things that be not as though they were – love still must perfect it’s work in our hearts. No wishful or hopeful thinking can suffice, not even prophecy alone can change a heart – there must be a yielding to the work of the Spirit. Does the prophecy make a man’s heart mature, or is the heart whom finds his life in the Vine who bears mature fruit?

I am grieved, saddened and perplexed. When will the priests and levites purify themselves? When will they yield? How many warnings before we cut off mixture in the House of God? Mercy’s extravagant price undervalued by the sin our Lord abhors, and thanks be unto to Him mercies shall triumph, but for how long will we remain tolerant? How long will justice and truth stay silent?

Are we not to praise those who fear the Lord? The woman, or ‘Bride of Christ’ who fears the Lord is to be praised. We continue to praise those who do not fear the Lord in action.

You may name me religious but the Lord calls it righteous.

I understand that man looks at the outward appearance and the Lord is looking at the heart. Read it again. The Lord is looking at the heart. The Lord is looking at the heart. There is a revealing, and it is what is in the heart. Look in the mirror. How we dress reveals what is in our heart. What we say reveals what is in our heart. What we do reveals what is in our heart. What we think reveals what in our heart.

Who are you, when it’s just you and your heart?

Lord, show us! What is in our heart?

It’s a matter of the heart.

David David David, may the Lord protect and preserve you. A man after God’s own heart.

May this be our prayer: Lord make me a living, burning sacrifice!

Then will I teach transgressors Your ways, and sinners shall be converted and return to You.”‭‭Psalm‬ ‭51‬:‭6‬-‭13‬ ‭AMPC‬‬

“I will praise and give thanks to You with uprightness of heart when I learn [by sanctified experiences] Your righteous judgments [Your decisions against and punishments for particular lines of thought and conduct]. I will keep Your statutes; O forsake me not utterly. How shall a young man cleanse his way? By taking heed and keeping watch [on himself] according to Your word [conforming his life to it]. With my whole heart have I sought You, inquiring for and of You and yearning for You; Oh, let me not wander or step aside [either in ignorance or willfully] from Your commandments. [II Chron. 15:15.] Your word have I laid up in my heart, that I might not sin against You. Blessed are You, O Lord; teach me Your statutes.” ‭‭Psalm‬ ‭119‬:‭7‬-‭12‬ ‭AMPC‬‬

“A time will come, however, indeed it is already here, when the true (genuine) worshipers will worship the Father in spirit and in truth (reality); for the Father is seeking just such people as these as His worshipers. God is a Spirit (a spiritual Being) and those who worship Him must worship Him in spirit and in truth (reality).” ‭‭John‬ ‭4‬:‭23‬-‭24‬ ‭AMPC‬‬

“Charm and grace are deceptive, and [superficial] beauty is vain, But a woman who fears the Lord [reverently worshiping, obeying, serving, and trusting Him with awe-filled respect], she shall be praised.” ‭‭Proverbs‬ ‭31‬:‭30‬ ‭AMP‬‬

“When they had come, he looked on Eliab [the eldest son] and said, Surely the Lord’s anointed is before Him. But the Lord said to Samuel, Look not on his appearance or at the height of his stature, for I have rejected him. For the Lord sees not as man sees; for man looks on the outward appearance, but the Lord looks on the heart. Jesse made seven of his sons pass before Samuel. And Samuel said to Jesse, The Lord has not chosen any of these. Then [he] said to Jesse, Are all your sons here? [Jesse] said, There is yet the youngest; he is tending the sheep. Samuel said to Jesse, Send for him; for we will not sit down to eat until he is here. Jesse sent and brought him. David had a healthy reddish complexion and beautiful eyes, and was fine-looking. The Lord said [to Samuel], Arise, anoint him; this is he. Then Samuel took the horn of oil and anointed David in the midst of his brothers; and the Spirit of the Lord came mightily upon David from that day forward. And Samuel arose and went to Ramah.” ‭‭1 Samuel‬ ‭16‬:‭6‬-‭7‬, ‭10‬-‭13‬ ‭AMPC‬‬

The Conquering Bride

“He who is able to hear, let him listen to and heed what the Spirit says to the assemblies (churches). To him who overcomes (conquers), I will give to eat of the manna that is hidden, and I will give him a white stone with a new name engraved on the stone, which no one knows or understands except he who receives it. [Ps. 78:24; Isa. 62:2.]”Revelation‬ ‭2‬:‭17‬ ‭AMPC‬‬

The prophets weren’t lying when they said “war at the threshold”, though we have The Good News, Jesus IS our Victory. Through the spirit of revelation and also the seven spirits of God, this is the overcomers hour! He will reveal to you the strategies of the enemy so you can overcome! But you must seek Him in order to find Him.

There are keys to unlock doors, but it will not be so obvious. There are words of knowledge written on the spiritual keys to your deliverance / delivery, but they are hidden in the manna (Jesus the Bread of Life) and in your seeking Him, you will understand what it revealed and written on the stone. It will be through personal intention of seeking the Lord and waiting upon Him, not striving. We must individually overcome and we will in unity corporately overcome.

Please take this very seriously. The Lord showed me in a recent dream that for some in this war at the threshold of the new door that there has been an agreement, battle, or confusion transpiring with a spirit of death / and or murder. It is a very cunning spirit that is attempting to gain your agreement to cut short your destiny by trying to deceive you into thinking this is the Lord’s will for your life. What you are agreeing with has never mattered more, as wrong agreements could cut short your very life here on earth. Then in the dream He showed me all the little children who would be orphaned or wouldn’t be birthed without the spiritual mother’s and fathers.

The Lord also showed me through a vision recently a rectangular block of a rainbow as if it were a pathway of a street ascending in the heavens upward. Then I saw clouds underneath, then He reminded me of a belt I owned as a young child that I LOVED. The front clasp was a rainbow with two clouds on either side. The pathway to promise is through the cloud. In other words, another visual encouragement that we must go through and remain in His presence as it through Him and in Him we receive and inherit the promise. The pathway is found through entering through His Presence (remember the Old Testament Bread of Presence can literally be translated Bread of Face) and on the pathway of promises we find hidden manna (perhaps another facet of His brilliant Face)! Belted or girded with the Spirit of Truth, which is The Way, we can not miss Him! The conquering Bride will ascend with the Lord and He will lead us to Life!

In the new era the foundations of our faith are being relaid with the fullness of God. As we make Jesus the Chief cornerstone once again, His fullness will be revealed and experienced. This is the seven spirits of God –

  1. The Spirit of Lord
  2. The Spirit of the Wisdom
  3. The Spirit of Understanding
  4. The Spirit of Counsel
  5. The Spirit of Power
  6. The Spirit of Knowledge
  7. The Spirit of the Fear of the Lord

“Then a Shoot (the Messiah) will spring from the stock of Jesse [David’s father], And a Branch from his roots will bear fruit. And the Spirit of the Lord will rest on Him— The Spirit of wisdom and understanding, The Spirit of counsel and strength, The Spirit of knowledge and of the [reverential and obedient] fear of the Lord— And He will delight in the fear of the Lord, And He will not judge by what His eyes see, Nor make decisions by what His ears hear; But with righteousness and justice He will judge the poor, And decide with fairness for the downtrodden of the earth; And He shall strike the earth with the rod of His mouth, And with the breath of His lips He shall slay the wicked. And righteousness will be the belt around His loins, And faithfulness the belt around His waist.” ‭‭Isaiah‬ ‭11‬:‭1‬-‭5‬ ‭AMP‬‬

“None of the rulers of this age recognized and understood this wisdom; for if they had, they would not have crucified the Lord of glory; but just as it is written [in Scripture], “Things which the eye has not seen and the ear has not heard, And which have not entered the heart of man, All that God has prepared for those who love Him [who hold Him in affectionate reverence, who obey Him, and who gratefully recognize the benefits that He has bestowed].” For God has unveiled them and revealed them to us through the [Holy] Spirit; for the Spirit searches all things [diligently], even [sounding and measuring] the [profound] depths of God [the divine counsels and things far beyond human understanding]. For what person knows the thoughts and motives of a man except the man’s spirit within him? So also no one knows the thoughts of God except the Spirit of God. Now we have received, not the spirit of the world, but the [Holy] Spirit who is from God, so that we may know and understand the [wonderful] things freely given to us by God.” ‭‭1 Corinthians‬ ‭2‬:‭8‬-‭12‬ ‭AMP‬‬

The Great Heart Expansion

I keep hearing in my spirit this week, “the great heart expansion”. Today after I was thinking upon it again, I saw in the spirit a graphic I made several months ago – I found it and realized I never posted or had written about it. I had altogether forgotten what I had written on the graphic, and to my surprise saw ‘heart expansion’, along with ‘love’, ‘nourish’, ‘steward’ and it happened to be seven months ago that it was created.

As we know, the number seven represents a completion and perfection. I believe this is symbolic as the last season has been coming to a completion, leading up until now has been a great preparation for those who have yielded for the outpouring of the new wine. There has been sifting, cleansing, pruning and dying to prepare the new wine skin. While death to self, and pruning never cease – this has been different and strategic as we are exiting once and for all the old ways and models. As we have been allowing the Lord to perfect that which concerns us, yes even in pruning and in death, we are now entering a great heart expansion phase. It has already been happening for many, though it will continue to increase.

The heart expansion is simply for Love. There is a specific trust that the these lovers have granted to the Lord, and it for His increase. He is enlarging their hearts to behold not only more of Himself, though to make room necessary to carry His love for the harvest. He is supernaturally giving love for others, for in only this regard can we truly steward the harvest.

It is very simple, though in simplicity we see the cross. You enter through simplicity and find complexity’s riches (mysteries) within. God is Love and Love is the way, and in order to find the Way we must see the cross, for there is no way without the death and resurrection of Jesus the Messiah. God so loved that He gave Jesus for us- and we too must give though we can not give what we do not have. Therefore, He is expanding our hearts to receive more of Himself, that we may GIVE more of Himself. Prepare Him room. The room is for Him, but it will contain the ingredients needed to pour out!

Sustaining an outpouring will be through Love’s seal. God’s love and He Himself can not be measured, can He run dry? Of course not! But when the Spirit seals the move, it will be sustained by oil. Oil will come from personal intimacy with the Lord, and corporately just the same the oil will flow from Jesus our High Priest to “the priests” beard like Aaron where Love’s flowing oil will unify the Body. This is the fragrance of our Bridegroom King!

While your heart is expanding you may be experiencing new grief or sorrow, and deep longing. There are a few things that are happening in this process: as the true Fear of the Lord is returning to the Church, some are for-running in intercession of the prodigal. And there are actually many prodigal’s within the Church! This is why the Fear of the Lord is also needed in this hour! In the heart expansion the Lord is sharing secret places of His heart that include His pain and anguish, His anger and judgment. We need to know this because people need to know what’s it like to not have the Lord, in the Church especially we can take this for granted. We have been under His hand of mercy, though for generations many have never experienced His wrath. The Lord rules with justice and mercy, and when we see Him rightly we will want to lead others unto Jesus who can save them from wrath! Separation from His Presence is dreadful, it is death! Another part of the move is conviction and repentance which is also why many are sensing grief right now… it’s grief and love. Grief and longing. There will more than likely be a conviction revival before sustained glory – glory will be part of the conviction but the conviction I see is under the Fear of the Lord! It’s heavy, many will experience death without dying with an understanding of the Lord’s presence like I was trying to describe – but far be it from me to tell the Lord what He is going to do! There will be heavy conviction for simply disobedience in loving God and loving others. We must long for more of Him, in the longing He fulfills us with Love. In the Love we rest and are sustained. In the personal sustainance we are then able to steward His saints “flock” and the harvest in Love. And we can only steward what we are willing to nurture. Nurturing will be a vital element to the health of the ’newly born again’ just as it is vital to a newborn in the natural.

Jesus died for people, He will return for a people! We haven’t missed it, He is so gracious to let us know by experience what it would feel like if we did… He does not want us to miss it, and this is preparation. This is why I am writing this to you! There is so much more, though I feel this is a good place to ponder for now. May we yield to the great heart expansion and prepare Him room, what a joyful celebrations await when we do!

Joy to the World, Isaac Watts 1719 🎶

Joy to the world, the Lord is come!
Let earth receive her King!
Let every heart prepare Him room,
and heav’n and nature sing,
and heav’n and nature sing,
and heav’n, and heav’n and nature sing.

2 Joy to the earth, the Savior reigns!
Let men their songs employ,
while fields and floods, rocks, hills, and plains
repeat the sounding joy,
repeat the sounding joy,
repeat, repeat the sounding joy.

3 No more let sins and sorrows grow,
nor thorns infest the ground;
He comes to make His blessings flow
far as the curse is found,
far as the curse is found,
far as, far as the curse is found.

4 He rules the world with truth and grace,
and makes the nations prove
the glories of His righteousness
and wonders of His love,
and wonders of His love,
and wonders, wonders of His love.

“For God so loved the world that He gave His only begotten Son, that whoever believes in Him should not perish but have everlasting life. For God did not send His Son into the world to condemn the world, but that the world through Him might be saved. “He who believes in Him is not condemned; but he who does not believe is condemned already, because he has not believed in the name of the only begotten Son of God. And this is the condemnation, that the light has come into the world, and men loved darkness rather than light, because their deeds were evil. For everyone practicing evil hates the light and does not come to the light, lest his deeds should be exposed. But he who does the truth comes to the light, that his deeds may be clearly seen, that they have been done in God.”” ‭‭John‬ ‭3‬:‭16‬-‭21‬ ‭NKJV‬‬
